Design 3-D

The course provides high school students with an opportunity to explore three-dimensional design.

It is approached as the organization of art elements and their use in producing sculptural forms. Emphasis is placed on the student employing craftsmanship and solid construction techniques.

A wide range of materials and tools are available, such as wood, glass, aluminum, bronze, stone, steel and clay. Cutting, sanding, drilling, welding, grinding fabricating, painting and polishing are taught.
